Refund Policy

This policy applies to registration fees paid for Vizag Arthroscopy Society workshops, CMEs, conferences, and academic meetings.

Cancellations by a participant

  • Requests made more than 14 days before the program date are eligible for a full refund, less any payment processing charges.
  • Requests made between 7 and 14 days before the program date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Requests made less than 7 days before the program date are not eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to a future program at our discretion.

Cancellations or changes by VAS

If VAS cancels a program, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future program.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be sent to us using the details on our Contact Us page, along with your name and the program you registered for. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

Non-refundable items

Course materials, kits, or certificates already issued at the time of a cancellation are not refundable.
